These are a stand alone transmission and controller designed to be used with a range of LS platform crate engines. Including LS3, LS376-480,  LS376-525, LS7, LSA etc.

Torque rated to 664 lb ft / 881Nm   (34% stronger than a  LSA 6L90E) 

45% increase over regular-production versions of the 6L80E

Gear changing is fully automatic being controlled by the Transmission Control Module (TCM) which is inside the transmission. The TCM receives all the information it needs from inputs from the transmission and from the harness supplied.

Paddle shift compatible. Harness has input provisions to for paddle shift for full manual control. Also has sport mode for full auto performance shifting.

Gear ratios as follows:

• 1st 4.027
• 2nd 2.364 
• 3rd 1.532
• 4th 1.152
• 5th 0.852
• 6th 0.667

Includes a GM flash drive for the software upload and the interface cable which has a single use licence to program. Can be used multiple times but only with the one transmission.

Use GM P/N 84389645 or equivalent slip yoke
