Genuine GM 170 amp LS alternator.

Malex Motorsport does not warrant alternators installed on vehicles for which the alternator was not originally factory fitted, or where the alternator has been retrofitted.

Any modifications to the alternator unit or its pulleys will also void warranty.

Hi performance 170 AMP Genuine GM.

Are you running a LS with ASTRA power steering pump, multiple fuel pumps, electric water pump or maybe all of these. This high output alternator may be a solution to you high current drawing electrical system.

This is the later type alternator with the one way clutch pulley.  This type of alternator is regulated by the ECU. They will work with E38, E67 and E40 (factory VE VF) ECUs
