Extended tip design allows for higher valve lift and improved valve tip durability.
Suits cathedral port GM LS heads. including 853, 241, 243, 799 castings etc. Suits VT-VZ LS1 and LS6 engines and VZ VE HSV 6.0L LS2 models.

One of the most common causes of engine failure in the LS engine range is in valve train. When a rocker trunnion or rocker bolt fail the imminent result will be the rocker pushing on the valve retainer and releasing the collets causing the valve to drop. At this point its game over. In most cases this will result a damaged cylinder head, piston and more often than not, a split bore. It can be an expensive exercise trusting the single M8 bolt to keep your rockers aligned. These new rocker shafts from Brian Tooley are the best value upgrade to keep your LS alive. While using your original rockers you will now have five bolts on a common shaft per rocker pair.
