Will suit VT- VY V8 LS model commodores. Warning this is the early type with the fixed thermostat. You will need to check yours before purchasing. It is easily identified by the extra tab hanging of the side. If your pump is the later type you will need themostat part number 12600172 (with a removable thermostat). 

Includes housing, thermostat and 'o' ring.
