Malex Motorsport does not warrant alternators installed on vehicles for which the alternator was not originally factory fitted, or where the alternator has been retrofitted.

Any modifications to the alternator unit or its pulleys will also void warranty.

This is the later type alternator with the one way clutch pulley.  This type of alternator is regulated by the ECU. They will work with E38, E67 and E40 (factory VE VF) ECUs
