Factory fitment before 2009.5   Fits L98 L76 L77 LS3  etc.

Water inlet in on the drivers side of the water pump pulley (RH Drive Vehicles)

Replaces Part Number 12681180

Comes with  gaskets. Mounting bolts not included.

Thermostat not included
