6.2L LS3 Spec LC9

This listing is for a Gen 4 Alloy LC9 block that has had Melling 4.065 T Top sleeves installed.

Bore Torque Plate plateau  honed

Hot wash and install CHP-25 cam bearings

Block clearanced for 4.000 stroke crank

Crank tunnel measured and checked to be in spec.

Deck and valley surface machined

all done on Rottler cnc so decks are square to the crank and all core shift corrected

We build these out of used LC9 blocks that have thicker Siamese  casting around the bores. They are also a robust non windowed crank tunnel. May require external painting to make them cosmetically appealing
