The block we sell are from used LQ4/LQ9 (these are Gen III blocks like an LS1 engine found in VT to VZ Commodores) and LY6 engines which are Gen IV similar to L98, L76, L77 and LS3 blocks found VE/VF Commodores. There is an overlap with VZ Commodores where the later series of VZ'z came with L98 and L76 Gen IV engines. 

We stock a second-hand genuine GM LQ4 Block (Gen 3 6.0L).

These are cast iron variant of the LS engines. Ideal for high HP applications. 

Being a Gen 3 6.0L it has the sensors in the same locations as a VT-VZ 5.7L.

These blocks are suit rebuild and come with a guarantee to be serviceable.
