Mounting the new shifter is easy using the included clamp and 2 bolts. The shifter can easily be changed between its 2 position slots at 640 mm and 678 mm rearward from bell housing face.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003eThe shifter pivot bush housing has been designed to accept the original VE shift lever enabling the use of either the factory lever or the lever supplied in the Malex Motorsports kit.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003eThe mounting plate also has provision to mount a speed sensor which will read from a reluctor wheel mounted on a custom Malex Motorsport tail shaft flange which is available with and without the pulse ring in our other listings. The shifter base plate can be trimmed if the sensor is not required. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003eThis listing is for the shifter kit only and does not include the tailshaft flange adaptor which is pictured for cross promotional purposes.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003eThe kit is constructed from 6061 aircraft grade billet aluminium and laser cut 304 stainless plate and hardware. The stick itself is high tensile nickel coated steel with a nylon bush. All aluminium components are black anodised.
