Located in the supercharger snout creating the link between the top drive pulley and the blower rotors\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe original isolator contains a spring mechanism and is notorious for rattle at idle or partial throttle and wearing a groove on the supercharger shaft, creating debris that will eventually cause the shaft seal to fail.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eMore importantly a Solid Coupler is a must when adding boost. The original coupler \u003cstrong\u003eWILL NOT\u003c\/strong\u003e handle the extra load created when you start to overdrive your blower system to add boost.
